Early Intervention SLPs and DIs

Thanks so much to those of you who have left comments here on the website or emailed me with interest in my upcoming conferences. I would LOVE to come to your area!  In order to do that I need access to providers in your state, and I am asking for your help. If your state publishes a list of providers, please send me that link or info so that I can plan a conference in your area. Thanks in advance for all of your help!

  1. You can see a list of early intervention providers in Louisiana by going laeikids.com and click on search matrix.

  3. Hi Laura,

I would love if you came to Illinois- particularly the Naperville area. This is a large suburb of Chicago, and workshops and seminars are often held in Naperville. There are many good venues available. E.I. Providers are listed here on the Illinois Provider Connections website: http://www.wiu.edu/ProviderConnections/search/index.php

You can search for speech pathologists, Developmental therapists, O.T.’s, etc by not entering a specific person’s name, just the discipline, and all those within a certain discipline will be listed.

Effective March 1st, organizations/ people running seminars must be pre-approved for continuing ed credit for the therapists. Here is the link to request continuing ed credit through the IL E.I. training program: http://www.illinoiseitraining.org/page.aspx?item=51 It takes about 30 days!!!

    I can’t wait to see you here! ; )

    Jennifer
