    I’m interested in purchasing the Teach Me to Talk-Apraxia DVD and the Teach Me to Talk and Teach Me to Play With You books, but I don’t see any way to order all three of these items at the same time. It doesn’t make sense to have to order these items separately and have to pay $22 in shipping fees for them. Is there any way to combine these purchases and pay less shipping?
