#497 A Strengths-Based Approach For Helping Autistic Toddlers and Preschoolers Connect and Communicate LIVE
#0497 A Strengths-Based Approach For Helping Autistic Toddlers and Preschoolers Connect and Communicate LIVE
In this 6 hour strengths-based autism course learn step-by-step instructions for developing a speech therapy treatment plan for autistic toddlers and preschoolers that emphasizes a child’s strengths rather than all the things a child can’t do yet!
We’re going to help you shift from being deficits-focused to strengths-based selecting therapy goals and activities that encourage genuine connection and communication in autistic toddlers and preschoolers, while honoring neurodiversity and aligning with current best practices.
Over the last few years, “strengths-based” therapy has become one of the new buzzwords for those of us who work with autistic kids.
But the problem is…. even though it sounds great and it gets an easy buy-in from everyone, lots of us really don’t really know how to do it.
In this course, we’re sharing new tools and resources with step-by-step instructions for identifying (and celebrating!) a child’s strengths so that you can build a comprehensive, cohesive treatment plan for your youngest autistic children.
Transformation Begins Here!
Even in a child-led, child-centered approach, you still need a plan!
